This vibrant client came to us because they purchased a beautiful Marda Loop condo with incredible natural light, but it was dark. They wanted to brighten the space and add a little bit of fun to match their personality.
The client was right-sizing and planning to stay in this condo long term through multiple life stages. We considered aging in place early in the process because if you’re renovating and planning to stay in a home long term, you should consider your options. If you’re already opening a wall to replace old drywall and tile, then why not add extra blocking for a handrail in your bathroom?
