This Elbow Valley home was tired when we first met. The bones of the home were beautiful, but many of the finishes were not standing the test of time. Worn carpets, burgundy countertops and strange peekaboo vanities in the ensuite were just a few of the things that we were tasked to modernize.
Fix layout problems in the ensuite.
Create private, spa-like primary suite.
Brighten the home.
Installed energy-efficient windows with white casings.
Updated lighting throughout the home.
Replaced the tired grey carpet with gorgeous wide plank Scandinavian-style flooring.
Updated the shared bathroom.
Freshened the home with off-white paint and textural details.
Added privacy between the primary suite and the glamorous ensuite.
Reworked the layout of the primary ensuite bathroom, adding a steam shower and freestanding tub.
Installed a fantasy walk-in fantasy closet for two.
Altered the layout of the primary bedroom doors and laundry room doors to add more usable space without adding to the square footage.
Reconfigured the laundry room and added custom millwork with loads of storage.
