This globetrotting couple needed a home base to refresh their travel-weary spirits and asked for our help creating a restful retreat. Working through email and text, we channelled their vision of warm textures, Scandinavian simplicity, and clean lines.
They were looking for someone to help get their entire lives wrapped up in a tidy, stylish, functional bow. We outfitted this downtown Calgary condo with everything they could need. They simply had to show up with their suitcases and breathe the sweet sigh, “I’m home.”

The living room was furnished with a neutral fabric mid-century sofa and chaise.
Lacquered wood stumps made by a local Calgary artisan were used as side tables.
Vibrant blues and yellows in cushions, blankets, light fixtures and a gorgeous rug.
Added a simple, custom desk for two snugged against the window, allowing for mountain views.
We added exceptionally cozy chairs to the peninsula.
Designed a custom upholstered bed to maximize space and drama.
We purchased towels, cooking tools, cutlery, storage, towels, clothes, and more.
They flew into the Calgary airport and landed in their downtown Calgary retreat!
